Finest can subscribe bonds issued by a joint-stock company with a stable or prevalent organization in the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, in the Veneto Region and in the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano. The issue of the bond loan by the North-East company must have as its purpose the financial support for an internationalization project in the countries under the jurisdiction of Finest (Law 19/91).

In particular, an investment plan must be indicated that the Italian issuing company must carry out through an existing foreign company or to be established, in one of the 44 countries in which Finest operates. The financial instrument of the bond loan signed by Finest represents a very streamlined and flexible solution for the Italian companies, which is flanked by the minority shareholding in the share capital of foreign subsidiaries promoted by companies in the Triveneto and direct foreign financing.
