Who we are

For over 30 years, Finest has been the leading specialist in the internationalization of businesses from North-East Italy. As an equity partner and financial backer, it actively supports companies from the Triveneto region by acquiring minority shares in the capital of foreign joint ventures and providing direct foreign financing to the business. Additionally, Finest can subscribe to bonds or debt securities issued by Triveneto companies, with the condition that the funds are allocated for the internationalization project in the countries of interest for Finest.

Established in 1991 under State Law (19/1991) to promote the development of economic activities and international cooperation in the region, Finest operates in 44 countries across Central and Eastern Europe, the Balkans, Russia, CIS countries, and Mediterranean countries. It is one of the Italian companies with the largest portfolio of foreign investments: today, we hold minority stakes in over 60 Italian investments abroad, supporting North-East Italian entrepreneurs not only financially but also with the market knowledge gained from a quarter-century of operational experience in these regions.

Since its founding, we have facilitated over 670 foreign operations with a value exceeding €450 million, provided to the industrial system of North-East Italy. Alongside its financial role, Finest offers a wide range of services that enable companies to successfully carry out their projects, leveraging a consolidated network of international operators, thus also acting as a business generator.
